Beautiful photos of Europe taken with the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
The Galaxy S7 Edge comes equipped with fewer megapixel Dual Pixel rear-facing camera - compared to Galaxy S6 which features a 16-megapixel sensor - but Samsung assures that sensor on its new smartphone has the effect of boosting photo brightness 95 percent over the Galaxy S6 Edge. Galaxy S7 Edge helps users to take better images in low lighting conditions. The autofocus has gotten faster too, it added, saying the sensor uses 100 percent of its pixels to focus. Both front and rear cameras come with a f/ 1.7 aperture as well - the largest on any Samsung smartphone till date. Part of that low-light equation, in addition to Samsung's "Dual Pixel" technology, is the wider ƒ/1.7 aperture of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (last year's models were ƒ/1.9).
This smartphone has built-in Optical Image Stabilization.
Another significant change on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is the standard default image of 4: 3 instead of the previous default 16: 9.
